Convert Dukascopy data from UTC to EST

i can see dukascopy data is in UTC format. how to convert it to EST so it also manages the Daylight savings.

Go here and read up on how to convert and use dukascopy tick data. It's possible to use it with GMT time, or any offset you like, or even adjusted to have US or UK dst. Very handy.
