i got one on a chart but to tell ya the truth i don't look at it that often. i though the same thing though that it looked interesting

e officials and u.s. officials are in touch with the credit rating companies. I am quite sure. they have persuaded the agencies from downgrading the fuzzy math e banks. But now the agencies are hinting they will downgrade. downgrade will cause many major public and private funds to sell these banks stock. It will also make the collateral the ecb holds worth less. it will also make the ecb legally unable to do a bailout. depending on the downgrade. the ecb is not allowed to hold below a certain grade. so they will be forced to call in the bonds for cash (fire sale w/o buyers).. in other words a total crash.. the countries will not have buyers for bonds. (broke banks) meanwhile the same countries back the broke banks. making 2008 the good old days.

I see your point but the EZ still have the red button available and it will up to the Germans to press it...Let the ECB print money to monetize their bad holdings...problem solve short term... I know the implications for inflation and ECB credibility of doing that but the Germans and friends let the problem go too far and is too late ...they cannot have a win-win situation so they must give up in something if they want to play the game... We'll see

just drawn up some fibs and we have confluence @ 3055, 23.6 of the down move and 38.2 of the overall up move, as to weather it will hold, that's another matter entirely..

It's doing what it's supposed to do. There was a clear reversal pattern at exactly 50% fib of the move that started few weeks ago... A heavy bounce was expected..

Yes, reversal for sure. I'm more talking about the movements. It just feels like every direction we go is up hill, carrying a ton of weight with us.

if its the Germans doing it, it would be done through them and whoever. probably not the ecb. The ecb rules can not be changed that quick ( i guess they could always cheat). I just don't see the Germans doing it. can they do it legally? Within German laws. I dont have a clue. If so think the political cost would be high.
i am still waiting for japan to open a Toyota/Nisan plant in greece.
