Go back to the first posts. That is the basic criteria though you might want other filters/opportunities.

Don't like cable for reasons mentioned above, and also the reversal candle has a large upper wick.

Swissy is a dead stop, so could be a nice play, although it has a long lower wick......

It's worth mentioning that dead stops can be played in the opposite direction as a trend continuation.......................

Ok. Here’s another one

GBP/AUD H1 6th Jan 2012 to 30th Jan 2012
33 set ups
4 Not Triggered (NT)
Total Pips +181
Assumed all trades taken without any other reference than KRC
All trades taken immediately on KRC breakout
All stops at top or bottom of KRC
All Profit or Loss taken at 1:1 or at competing KRC
Spread not accounted for so BE is probably a loss

Notes
(1)Plenty of warning to get out sooner
(2)Took 26 hours
(3)Cancelled order due to weekend coming
(4)Probably would not have closed on that competing KRC as only a little spinner
(5)See above. Probably would not have taken it
(6)No way would I have taken a 105 pip SL
(7)Closed at end of week, but would have got out sooner

I’ll do EUR/USD next

If EURUSD can break above the London open price, then it should be good for the Swissy short.................

I'd class both of those deals as B grade set ups BTW.

Would be interesting to hear Kraven's comments on all this....................

Was your entry on cable above the whole range? [safest IMHO] or above the reversal candle [risky IMHO]?

EUR longs winning out for now - pushing above the London open.

Swissy was a "dead stop" as kraven has termed them.

No, it was a Dead Stop by the rule. On full zoom looks the same to me. Anyhoo, it turned out alright.
