DislikedI have to agree with this statement to be honest. All I need from a broker is one where I can be in and out of a Market with certainty, and (relatively) quickly. I need low spreads over 6 to 8 pairs. Sure the mt4 platform is not perfect, but it is robust and it has some advantages over the other platforms I have used that suit me and my trading (and not eas, custom scripts etc).
Lmax or armada may therefore be suitable, although at present I have only demoed.Ignored
I'm not going to argue what or why that happened, there are many legitimate reasons for a start, but it's more the fact I've only ever had ONE problem in a year and a half of trading DAILY.
That pretty much echoes my experience with Currenex and yet Currenex requires me to tie up 50k of my cash, LMAX just 5k (although I think they may have put this up to 10k recently?).
I also like the LMAX web platform, in fact I really like it. It's unfussy, uncluttered and does everything I need without any distracting crap that other brokers throw at you.
So after all this time I still recommend them, especially for those without the deposit for the 'Currenex experience'.
