So far so good. Customers services is very good. In my opinion it's the best broker for day traders and scalpers.
The only thing that I'm not happy with - widening spreads during weekends. I can live with that, but in this low volatility environment it can trigger SL.
Quite honestly, they have done very well by me....I manage a small fund and post large trades....I am very satisfied with execution, spreads, customer service, (but also agree with JohnnyCash regarding weekend spreads).
You will see most brokerages changing their business models refocusing their efforts upon client education and satisfaction opposed to their cost models which by my opinion, was outdated the day it was implemented. For any business to thrive, its not turnover in clientele but client satisfaction with services rendered to clients satisfactorily.
I shall be staying at Lmax as long as I am satisfied with their services.
I never had any problems either. But there are a few things i think they could improve on. For example, they need more marketmakers in thier index and commodity products. At the moment there is only a single LP in these products. And i want to be able to download weekly and monthly account statements. At the moment you can only download daily statements, for everything else you need to ask support. But, other than that, they are excellent.
