I just spotted that. I'm not interested if it makes an immediate retest, but if it hangs around for a few more hours or more before retracing them I might be tempted.
I thought it was a reasonably decent level - there were some further touches on 25 Jan and several times in December. But I have vowed to be extra picky this week so I may pass!

I was just bemoaning the fact that nothing was appearing on the horizon today!
I agree it looks good for SFPs, but there's still half an hour to go. We know not to ignore news, but what does that mean in this context? My take is that the news has pushed, in particular the Euro and cable down, taken out stops forcing out the weak hands and getting the breakout short traders in and will now likely to rally in the aftermath. 1.5729 would be a nice level for cable to SFP at.
But that was big news so I'm still a bit wary of getting involved until the dust has properly settled, particularly at this time of night. On the other hand, someone told me the other day that we need to be opportunistic!
No SFPs on EUR/USD or cable in the end (there was one on USD/JPY but not at a particularly interesting level).
To be honest, I'm relieved because I would have been tempted to take them and my instinct is that it would have been the wrong decision. The dust is still settling and I think I am better off standing aside for now. We may well get further moves to the downside tomorrow.
I'm off to Bedfordshire, an hour later than planned.
Not sure if this GU setup is a true A+ trade as there was no clear D1 bias as outlined by Tom in his view of the method.......but will see how it pans out....at the very least it will be another learning experience!!...........

Kalbar you do not need D1 bias, Tom would use the D1 bias for exit i think.
