Personally, Xcode, I trade the 1 min when my 5 min mtf indicators agree.

If the 1 min is in a sideways market and only moving 10 to 15 pips in a channel why would you even bother. Well you can bank 5 pips on every trade from top to bottom of the channel. This is a job to me....if I can bank 5 pips per trade and have 10 successful trades, I am going to take every trade. Add 50 pips in the bank.

On the 1 min charts if you don't take all the trades you miss the ones that run for 30 or 40 pips.

If the channel is only 7 or 8 pips wide then I leave it alone.

when m5 in trend up ( the second bar for blue) and m1 have already half run the trend up, am i have to wait for 3 ball in the bottom and heiken change red into blue ( the next trade because some time m1 already half run trend and suddenly it turn down #3 ball appear in the bottom# before it up again)

sometimes we see heiken smoothed turning into blue when heiken ashi still continue turn down. until heiken smoothed turn back into red so its time to to see m1 setup, is it ok hharrington ?

btw i got 20 pips from this trade..real but cents.. lol

Hello HH

I have been trading Forex for sometime now (having looked at many trading strategies out there). To me your thread here has really been the most beneficial & has shown me the correct approach to trading. You are right in saying that your live trading is not the issue here. I implement the strategy, play around with it on a demo account & find out myself if it will work for me or not when I trade live. Lets not get hooked on live trading results. One person's trading results (using the same strategy) will or can be totally different to some one else's trading performance for various reasons.

Hello HH,

I came across this thread today and spent most of the day today going through it.

I have downloaded all the indicators and the Templates.

But what I cannot understand is how to get the Stochastic and the MACD etc in the lower part of the chart all in one lower window.

Could you or anyone help in this matter please?

i think its will make confuse if market ranging because theres will be always change on bbmacd..

may i know about your money management, because i want to use 5 % per trade using this system(1 m trade using 5 m trend)

Thanks for sharing the system. I'm not a short term trader but I love the 15M setups. It's been profitable for me last two weeks.

What indicator paints those teal and yellow arrows and does it have a sound alert.

It would be very helpful for someone to create an alert if three ball is below and arrow is up or vice versa. Wont have to spend time look at screen all day.

my suggest use this system on 5 digits broker than 4 digits because heiken ashi more volatile on 5 digits so you can more easily to predict

Why does everyone want to make trading so overwhelming difficult.

Its really simple folks, price goes up and price goes down, find out which way its going and get your ass in the trade.
A 5 year old can pick out the trend, Heck my dog probably could lol.

Here is a good read for new traders and some pictures of how simple it is.
