Friends, although lot of the folks are rooting for a reversal - and it is quite likely, please trade on what you see. It is clearly an uptrend and wait for confirmation of reversal before you short.

Here is the behavior of Aussie in recent tops. You can have your own conclusions in whatever direction it could take.

If the actual situation is a top, in the last formations, the time for Aussie to leave its top and going to a lower bottom was between 96 and 32 hours.

Seen we are at 28 hours at this level, then, i will keep my short and follow the funny advice: wait and see (and enjoy yourself too).

Next stop is 1.11 then 1.2 later this year aslong as Greece doesn't pull out if they do then 1.000 then to 1.2... either way buy the dips biggest bull in history is here.

AUD/USD @ 1.0710

That 1.0750 area has alot of respect and its going to take a mighty push to get through.Perhaps NFP may do the trick.

Support should come in around 1.0660-80 area.

EUR/AUD @ 1.2270

I know its getting repetitive but 1.2200 is building up to be more than a level.When it does break im thinking implosion.

GBP/AUD 1.4753

Starting to ratchet lower as 1.4700 is another key support.

You can see though with both of these crosses in striking distances something has to give.
Im thinking it might be over data in a skittish market..

I'm a little confused about how the Aussie would react tomorrow with the news should there be some significant difference w/ the forecast. Is the Aussie a case of "risk-on" trade if the number's better than forecast or would the USD benefit?

And flip the situation for a number worse than expected...

Better then expected = risk on - Aussie UP
Worse then expected = USD down - Aussie UP


Now if it would be that easy... but seriously looking at fundamentals, chances are recent up trend will continue regardless of NFP.

took a long at 1.0677.. no firm topside target. will close with failed break above 0750 stopped at be+1 right now

Wouldn't expect major moves during thin Asian session ahead of NFP tonight, shares are pointing down so a retest of 1.0620 TL could be a probable scenario before Europe opens, a break could target 1.0570 again then major TL at 1.0520.
