would u guys have short at open after the 2nd last red candle?

reason for short:

1. TDI green below red.
2. TDI going below 50.
3. Price bar close below 5ema low.

reason not to short:
1. Price still above 60ema which acts as previous resistance.

give me some views.

Thanks.

Hi,

Attached example of another H4 Inside Bar breakout trade which yielded +35pips.
Not easy to pick this trade as the Dailiy Pivot 1.3120 was resistance during the Asian session. This was tested twice. Need to see price momentum to break this level. The APb did the work on M15.
Below the Asian session was this week resistance truned support and also the weekly R1 1.3065.
There wasn't much room above to consider especially when the previous day closed 1.3183 and also a bearish Hammer was threathening.

Emmanuel,

could you attach the indicator you are using to a post. The SynergyAPB inside the TDI indicator screen. I searched everywhere for this combo, but no matter what I try when I install them on is inside the bars and the TDI is a separate screen.

That question is best answered by Britpip7
He is the master at fractal breaks.
He enters few pips above the high when it breaks and not exactly on the high

Here's some links on fractal trades - I am now setting entries at a minimum of 10 pips above Fractal High / below Fractal Low. Most Fractal breaks coincide with a TFI cross with many fractal breaks occuring in the TDI regions of 32 and 68 - these must be really strong breaks to take then!

Below is a chart of trades taken for the week. I have highlighted all the TDI crosses that took place during the London session. For the week on the EU H1 chart, there were 9 TDI crosses that could have netted over 700 pips for the week and 3 crosses where no trade should have been made. You can make lots of money on 50 to 100 consistant pips per day.
In my experience, profitable trading begins with learning PA movement, trading with good volume, reading price action, being aware of trend direction and areas of support & resistance, common candle formations like pullback bars, inside bars, 123 moves, etc. In addition, crosses of the TDI can add that last bit of confirmation to be confident that your trade will be successful. Patience is paramount in letting the trade develop and reach it's potential.

Try this while waiting for reply, it will give you Average True Range of adjustable number of bars, which I see many using for stops & take profit settings.

Nice work.
this guy is my role model.
One thing guys is to save phx62 charts and explanations. This can be used as a guiding tool for all of us.

I made 230 pips for this week.

I traded 2 weeks of this month due to some commitments and getting back in gear after a long holiday, made a total of 475 pips in total.

Enjoy the weekend and be back next week.

Is that your real template in the current trade? If that is the actual template, can you share with me? I am impressed by it and wanted to use it once. Do you just put the indicator !SM_ADR Marker into the X-Man? So, I mean, I just enter into an MT4 indicator that I and he will be the effect of automatically?

Phx62 buddy

I would like to know that when you trade the break in the candles previous high/low do you enter the trade at the exact high/low of the candle or do you do you enter 5 to 10 pips above the previous high/low of a candle?

This will help me add a useful technique to my trading toolbox.

Hye X-Man....

Is this system any changes beyond the first page? I mean. any additions or changes in indicators or template? I was very impressed with the template's Phx62, hope he willing to share with us... I once made the mistake of ignoring this system in two weeks late and severe impact damage, which I was quite big compared to me using this system, I can discipline profit of at least 100 USD per week and least been 30usd... That is why I hope the X-Man and the users of this system helped me go back...

Phx62, looking at your trades...still trying to figure out how you new to hold on some of those trades like 1/25 during the fomc and 1/23.

Also, looking at your charts and backtesting. I am trying to figure out how you know when to take a short when the trend is up and when to skip it. Vise versa for longs. Is there a clue in the TDI that will give you a hint?

For example, the long on 1/24. What let you know that price would follow through and not bounce back and continue down?

Also, 1/26...is there something in the TDI that indicates price stalling for the up move before the fall.

I think I am getting the hang of it, but trying to distinguish the pullback or a reversal is giving me some trouble. I would appreciate some insight.
