always.

the only twitch to it that i have found useful when drawing lines (and forks) is that i sometimes use the low of the down candle and the high of the up candle, not necessarily the high or low of the turn pair.

The ask line wrecks my head V lol.. I have it usually turned off.

I use Accucharts a lot. It's a pretty good package and combine this with my own brokers charts

I think MT4 is always bid. You can toggle the ask line by right clicking on the chart > properties > common tab : show ask line.

was about to press the transfer button but the close was above the (micro) gap so i held.

30 pips down. basically the low plus 10 for a wick.

The hourly chart, mate

Previous open/closes. Closing above/below unlocks the next movement in that direction. We all do something different though. lol... not a single one of us trades the same way.

and i care for u guys so here is something to look at (if u will).

(before u laugh about it just try it)

better explained with an example:

between 2 5m candles the close and open comes up with a small gap. can be 0.1 pips. let's imagine that the close was lower than the new open. if the newly opened candle closes above that gap (whether u have a wick "covering" the gap or not) price will go higher. if the newly candle closes above it will go higher.

no system, tp or sl, it's just a tool to put odds on our side. of course it isn't fail proof. i have no statistic about it but experience says it works.

far more profitable are the weekend gaps traded the very same way.

also me finks u need a decent (high vol) broker to look at this. harder to find during London. at this time of the day u get too many and they invalidate each other.

i had this thought after i read somewhere here that "price gaps important levels" so i began to notice it.

I have two methods. One is fading hourly stops with sentiment, I get maybe one or two entries a week and go for high RR

Intraday I fade SD levels and stops with the trend on the M5-M30, but mostly M5. I like to scale in across maybe 4-10 pairs.

I don't have a set exit with these, just close em with my gut
