oh my risk reward is my lifesaver for sure. it's almost like i am sort of relieved to get this stuff out of the way so i can get back to trading naturally. i was thinking that i just took too much time off and it's taking awhile to get the beat of the market back. which that is exactly what it could be but only time will tell. i am actually kinda laughing at myself when i look at my chart with my trades posted. frickin newbie here or what

ugly pa today , to be honest , i would have skipped the trade on my normal trading account because momentum was pointing down at the time, i was almost stopped out on the little spike down

well my friend there is a rule that goes like this "8 hours from bottle to throttle" and gleneagles is at about 8 seconds so hang that thought up.
