Could see a catalyst for one of these bastards this week. Merkel and Sarkozy hang out and a bunch of auctions. If they manage to come out with some fiscal reform that is actionable and reasonable and the bond auctions go well we could see a decent correction.

Downgrades are priced in and so may be a Euro recession but before we can have a sustained rally we have to see the promise of actionable reform. Lots of short covering potential.

I'm still biased towards shorts for the time being though
