-Woke up and my account has been fixed, but now I have MORE money in my account then when all of this started (Only about $30 more)

-I emailed customer support again saying that they gave me too much money

-12 hours and no reply to any of my emails - but action has been taken. This is understandable though if this affected dozens of traders or hundreds of trades.


My question is this:
-If this was ECN, how do you get "broker busy" and "off-quote" messages as well as delayed fills. To be honest, this is the first problem I've really had with MB Trading. I traded with Ninjatrader + MB Trading for a few years live and never had an issue. This is my first active trading experience with MT4 + MB Trading and it has been disastrous.

You got a bad fill that they fixed on their own and you ended up with more money than before the problem? I want more of your disasters.

please check the image.

the order 21876 open price is 1.2963,we know it have no this Ask price,and I lost $84[(1.2963-1.2921)*2].Beause the order 21877 open price is 1.29213.

Now the problem is not resolved.

Your guys say to me courtesy of the compensation $ 40. This is not fair, we are not asking the courtesy, this is clearly wrong executed price, the balance should be credited like the Dighi's case.

I just noticed that there is no price feed for a minute happened exactly at 0000EST everyday. Yes it is everyday on MT4 but not Desktop pro, if you look at the M1 chart then you will notice that there is no candle at that moment.

I thought there is no more server reboot at 0000EST after many complaints? could you please look into this? Thank you.

Price feed / spread problems again - spread was just over 300 pips and my PNL isn't correctly linked to prices.

Also, huge gaps in chart, price feed freezing.

On a lighter note, these unrealistic zero-pip spreads are fantastic.

What's the deal?

I can suppot your claim by three screenshots below. Actually the quotes and charts froze or jumped around for over 30 minutes from midnight. Have a look at the HUGE spikes!!!

Yes, I am using "Free EXN". But if SL is trigered, it won't be "free". I removed my strategies with stop loss. Now only with take profit.

I am tired. As a human being, I can't monitor positoins/charts 24/5.

Do you encounter any frequent freezes on Free EXN recently?

Recently I noticed 3 times. The first one happened when the reversed bid/ask occurred. Then yesterday and today.
If you can't tell, just wait. The market will.

Went short 3 minutes ago...still waiting for a fill.

Edit - there we go...5 pip slippage and 3 minute execution time.

This is once a life time opportunities to make risk free money at MBT in last 15min. Damn I should open a live Desktop Pro account.

While I don't have hard numbers to prove it, I would say with confidence that something has changed.... a full ten minutes after NFP release we were still showing negative spreads of up to 30 pips.... that sure seems like much longer to recover to normal, if fast market conditions. ( Navigator PFL)

12 minutes in as I write this and things look like I'm used to 1 to 2 minutes after NFP... not 12 min.

I was on the sidelines and remain so, just making an observation.

Yes it went as high as -30pips. The Ask price was just "stagnant". The spread is still negative at the time of writing.

Honestly, did anyone make the easy money just now? can any desktop pro users tell me that it can be done?
