Will be an interesting week with volume coming back should be some wild
swings. Is everything going to be on an after Christmas sale for "the boys" to buy dirt cheap or is the world coming to an end and we need to sell everything, buy a spaceship and move to another planet to destroy?

Should be interesting at least for either ride.

By the way, Do you use the concept of action/reaction in your trading???

I look at counter trendline lines for action reaction lines some. I'll use a fork at times as a projection tool in that respect, if I see a counter trend slope that looks good and is cycling. A lot of times the sliding parallels will give you the heads up for instance if price overshoots the upper median line some it may "undershoot" the median by the same distance. I usually start out by drawing simple trendlines or action reaction lines if you will and drag them around until I find some frequency, then I will draw my fork in after I see the spacing.

You can see in the GU chart the upsloping fork is acting as a countertrend action reaction set of lines as price pushes up to each of them on a switchback short...Hope this helps.
