I have decided that my New Years resolution is to stop messing with other systems, trade only your methodology, open a new demo account and demo it into profitability.

I have a question about the TF.

I realize you are looking at the Monthly TF but, more often than not I see the weekly TF on your charts along with the daily levels.

Sometimes, I see you looking at a daily setup and I wonder if, you are looking at it as a daily setup that can be traded on a lower tf or if you have actually qualified it on the weekly TF.

I mean, are you treating these as separate or do you sometimes look at setup purely on the daily TF alone?

Great questions, Pb. I'm mainly looking at the Higher TF HCR/LCS levels and then trading them on the lower TFs.

For example on the EurAud, the A+ levels are in blue . .they are at the Top and Bottom of this Weekly consolidation. The purple Weekly LCS would be a "B" type level . .it still worked out well, but not "thee" best level.

When we just concentrate on the Highest HCR and the Lowest LCS we have a better chance of catching those runners in either direction . .we just follow the Close of Price, on the same TF or on a lower TF. . .

So the messiness in the middle we stay away from.

USD/JPY is interesting to watch from a learning point of view.

On first look, it appears rather mess but, if we delve in deeper, we can see some rhyme & reason to it.

I missed entry by 4 pips on that level prior to Christmas. Entry (green) was at 1.2961 sl (red)was at 1.3057. what could have been .

No, I don't believe that is a Monthly level . .probably an ill placed BRN 1.4000.

This is absolutely true, Pb. Also we tend to look for trades in the middle of traffic or in the middle of consolidation too. There are exception to this rule like the Monthly LCS on the JPY but its best to look for PA or PBT&CAorB at these big story levels.

Hit its target, then took me out.

We still have yet to see an H4 bar close above this area so, I am going to watch how this current bar closes. Possibly, it may close as a bearish PB.

If not, we can look for a real breakout of this area on the daily and a pullback with some bullish PA.

A question for Jarroo and Pinbar.
How long do you still call a level valid, especially when the LCS or HCR is in traffic? I tend to call a monthly level valid upto three years, weekly one upto two years and daily levels upto a year depending on the situation on the chart and the volatility of a pair. What are your point of view on this.
