If the price takes out the low at No. 2 one of these will happen:

1. Will trigger the stops below, will drop, and then enter consolidation.
2. Will just continue dropping straight down, more sellers will pile up.
3. Will find buyers and the price will reverse. This is the reason why the short has to be taken after the low and the bounce from no. 2 at the hit of the no 1 low the second time. It would give us some time to get out. If it never makes it back, then we missed a bad trade. No harm done.

All these only apply at a s/r break after consolidation, and not when the market is trending.

The reason I don't think we'll reverse here is that resistance above (thicker line) was confirmed. Support turned res. The worst it will go re test it and drop. I don't think it will take it right away (we never know, but this is all I have to go by). If it does that(re test res without breaking it), then I watch if it does a HL. If that's the case, then it's bad news for shorts.

If it does anything that was not mentioned, the plan is all fucked up, close all positions.


Anyway, I'll go hit the pillow. The market sucks. GL

hope xmas was good. back to work now, right?

been reading your posts. i've seen that your numbers match cam levels (give or take a few pips) on the weekly.

right now i have 1h north and 1d south (plenty of room to go up on this one without invalidating south) but the thing to notice is that 4h is about to turn north. 1 candle more above this area it then turns up. well not really up because the north channel really points east! all of this adds up to some pips above 1.32 for a decision. and this also adds up with your 1.3218. i am long at the moment some pips green, risking 30 or less depending on the 1h close.

if we cross 3083/84 now .. then a new chance to get in L may present itself.. 3061 would be a 50% pullback.. nothing says we have to pullback. i just personally dont trade breakout unless it does. last night i considered a pullback from 81.. both the gbp,euro and oil indicated higher. oil at 106.04 should be toppy on all usd crosses (commodity crosses more including the euro and the gbp. ) . at 106 weakness in the aud cad kiwi against the yen may have the best bang. if or when oil drops.
