No dice on that beach rental

The landlord lady doesn't want to spend the money for a mold inspection

I can't blame her because if mold turns up it will cost her thousands in repairs that insurance may not cover.... And she would also have to disclose the mild thing to the other tenants

I think she was kinda a slum lord

Oh well.... Back to the hunt

i have been making some gum money of the mids of my forks. they are not the safest place to enter as the sl (at the oposite boundary of the fork) can be big. i still trust the breaks of the forks and the double touches (great risk reward) to be the best places. but i will look better into those mids. some of my best trades are when i already have a green going and then it comes to the mid closes above and then back below. i will add there and will exit at the double touch of the bottom/top!

PS (forgot what i initially intended to ask: when entering a mofu, where would u suggest the sl? 1/8 above?

have to read your first post again! still very interested on the "difference to the target" part.

b/o was 3024 bounce was 3069.. 45 pips that some were stopped out. when they may have been right. knowing the 50% at 3066.. may have saved those. and provided a better entry.

well yea thats the point your not supposed to rent or sale your place when it has bad mold in it, thats the whole point

ur supposed to fix it.... not just move on to the next person that does not notice it, and u dont blame her? um ok

We're still very good friends. When we used to gallivant together, the doog would go to her parent's place (ex's...not dog's )...they live about four hours north of TO...land for miles! O Canada!
