Just died again for ~1 minute.

I believe by now you would have realized that you need to have a backup option. I mean, it's not the first nor second time.

In the event a client’s Stop Loss or Target is not executed while our systems are down, each trade in question would be reviewed thoroughly to determine what the primary cause of the problem was. It’s important to remember that trading online involves risk beyond just market fluctuation and that includes unforeseen events relating to technology failures between you and us and disconnections from liquidity providers. Not all events are controllable by a broker and that is why each issue must be approached on a case by case basis.

It's been a while since I last used Strategy Tester. If I were to use that on a weekend, do the servers allow for data to be accessed for the Tester from a live account and/or a demo account?

I've been trying out Currensee. I have the 3rd Party App activated for my Nav Pro account.

It works sometimes. There are bugs.
But... it does not stay connected. I get Invalid Broker Credentials message alot.

In my emails to Currensee, they say MB Trading Navigator Pro is not supported.

They have the login info for my account, it does work somewhat....
as I have history over a period of weeks (but it does not stay connected).

Their email reply for the second time:

After reviewing your account, it seems that you've added MB Trading Navigator Pro account to Currensee. At present, we don't support this platform. Hence, we're unable to get trade data from MB Trading with the API provided. We'd suggest you to change the broker platform or add another broker which is supported by Currensee.

Is this true? I'm disappointed because without using MT4, this is the only 3rd party trade verification available for Nav Pro accounts. We cannot use the MetaTrader publishing capabilities in ANY WAY.

Any help?

edited: For the first time (today), it accepted my login and stayed connected after 12:00am.
So... it can work. (...and it has worked, I have 35 trades over many different days)
If they only support MBT accounts through the MetaTrader bridge then why ask for Login info?
Why have a 3rd party app that must be activated on MB's (your) side?

Since the brief issue yesterday, we have not experienced any trading outages. If you are having an issue, please call us immediately so we can help you troubleshoot the problem.

www.mbtrading.com does'n load from my end, but desktop pro, mt4 works fine...

Well, I did experience the outage just about the time of my previous post in the morning. As well as "brief" issues (there were minimum two of them) yesterday. And no, the problem is not on my side, Mr. Leblang, I am more than sure about that.

What's the difference between MBT.com and MBT.co.uk?

Every broker has this issues, i think MB does a much better job on minimizing this, I had experience with several other brokers who are way worse in terms of this.

Now it's funny how almost nobody realizes that people who are satisfied with the service are drastically less likely to provide feedback or say anything at all about a service so when you see a bunch of people complaining, don't be mistaken to think that the service is crap.

I can't provide anything. MT4 platform was written for market makers. You should prove ME wrong. No bridge implementation can make MT4 work with STP broking. I thought that was common knowledge, if you need proof go read a little. My question is still unanswered.

You can read all about the adjustments and such so as to bring MT4 to customers without Dealing Desk intervention.. here

Hello everyone,

I setup an MBT demo account for equities/options/futures and installed MBT Desktop Pro. Unfortunately it only shows four FX pairs: EURJPY, EURUSD, GBPUSD and USDCHF in the watch list. No data or chart is shown for any other symbols I add. Does anyone have an idea how to get access to other symbols as well?

You can read plenty of stuff about this in this very thread if you just go back. You can spend hours and actually learn something.
