Well, I'll shortly be buggering off to Zermatt for a few weeks, and although I will be taking the laptop with me, I am unsure if I will be inclined to look at the markets.

Although we are in the last week before Christmas, I think some financial houses will be watching closely what occurs in the markets, not least of which will be today's conference call between finance ministers etcetera around Europe. There is also Cameron’s little jaunt over to Brussels, and the anticipation of all as to whether he will agree to pumping 25 Billion Sterling into the emergency fund so wanted by the French... hmm, anyone else notice how not two days after the little spate against the entente cordial that we supposedly share with the French, we are all friends again?

So, I expect a moderately slow day until around 4, perhaps 5 pm this afternoon GMT, when the first of any announcements upon the progress of the discussions of the finance leaders is made.

The EU charts are submitted, and comments must be considered against the potential behaviour of UC/USINDX. UC charts submitted next.

...of course, as I post, a little pump north for EU occurs. Pff...

What bothers me about any longer-term decline in EU is the ascend of UC to what may transpire to be a turning point in Dollar strength. Basically, the 0.97XX region/fib level/FE level.

Will I take a short at this point. Hmm, if my charts suggest so. As for timing, how about around the second week of January, when, as I have posited before, it is rumoured that printing press will move into gear once more in order to aid the EU.

And I'm still agonizing over this, and expect to see a drop to the 138.2 FE level... perhaps.

I'm all for the first bit, but I'd prefer to see you seize power then change Wall Street for the better...

As for "Verizon Sucks, pay me..." - I'm not sure if this is to do with the fact that Verizon is not paying its taxes? Am I right?

We have a similar problem here in the UK. Barclays Bank. Ripping off the British taxpayers by moving everything they earn, using London as a base, offshore. All the other banks just went bust. I'm not sure which is worse, but something's got to change. I'm a capitalist, but I also support Joe Bloggs (the poor taxpayer).

And hey, don't go spending all your profit on the children... yeah, like any of us here can avoid doing that.

And so I raise a glass to happy children, parents and grandparents with full bellies, drink for all, and a meal so large on Chritsmas day that it feeds the family the day after, and still leaves some meat to put on Dad's sandwiches for his first few days back at work.

I also convey my sympathies to those less fortunate than ourselves.

I bought the grandchild a bike but she can't ride it yet, so I have to think of something ealse, because she is got everything ealse, It makes me feel so bad with all the kids out there that don't even have food in their tables this christmas, oh well some day I will do some about it..........

...........that was a very good level smikester, but I think it was only at the .9345......hope you had enter there, I'm afraid of longs at this point, only take a long with a very tite stop, and for very little pips, but still shorting all rallies on the franc, I beleive it's got to retrace, after all this europe nonsence bad news decepate away, and some USD news resurface, it will retrace, trust me, or bether sayd, that is my 2 cents.........I think is like 45condor said, untill this afternoon, nothing will happens........range for scalping is all we are going to see, me beleive....

..............weall, whatdchamacalled, I see this one hour calling for more down, and that is where my shorts are, 0.9300 is my tickect out, then at .9700 will buy more shorts, remember is a fight to win and Ben Bernanky have the best helicopters..........I see dollar appriciating for the fact that everybody is taking reffuge on the dollar, but Ben should be working on a plan to stop that, his plan is being devalue the dollar since 1913, so I don't think he is going to stop now, just give him time, he is got a plan beleive me..........
