Dunno m8 - CPI is at 1.30 GMT as you say. There is no simple explanation on the EURUSD forum either.

There were a fairly large amount of stops at 1.3050. I placed a buy stop there. Not related to this system.

I hesitated and missed it. PA shot up and stopped in the middle of nowhere and reversed. I thought it might shoot back up..

I understand. Sometimes when price spikes for no apparent reason, it seems to retrace back to where it was.

I also had a beautiful spinning top on the H1 chart.

In hindsight, there was major stoch divergence between the current 15 min swing high and previous swing high. I was focusing so much on PA, I failed to notice the stoch . I may get a chance to catch the 1hr tdi cross and divergence, If it continues to develop. The way the EU is crawling I may skip it..
