UPDATE: Price has since dropped by +450 pips from 1.3539.

Conchy, Hope you are still holding. You call yourself perma bear on eur/usd, if i recall correctly. your analysis is correct too.

A little update on the moves that most are probably watching.

Some possible news releases Thursday that may spoil the party, and so am cautious. Basically news from Switzerland and the US, which politics may use as a smokescreen for helping the Euro retrace a little.

I have just realised I have been using "invisible" mode for the last two weeks after messing around with my preferences.

How was it for you?

I must say I did not notice any difference except I just noticed that my name was not at the bottom of the page, just some invisible dude.

Well my recent idea to short the dollar didn't go very well with all eyes on Europe and its banks. Unemployment in Greece is now at about 20%. Not too good if you are young, except maybe the fact that olives and figs fall off the trees and fish are all over the place. In Germany the situation is quite different. We have to get up at 7.30 am and be in the BMW plant at 7.59 am. The cars we make are the best that the middle class man can afford. We need cars because the weather is shit and we might as well be in a factory making cars because there are no olives dropping onto the pavement and in any case the food is made in science fiction food plants. What's wrong with that? Nothing! Except every now and then I might want to go and drink some cheap Greek wine (it's fine after the first glass) and smoke a spliff on the beach and forget about the plant... Take it easy.

The list is endless, and so I go to bed.

Took the short on the NU... finally, and so will probably wake up tomorrow and find that my current profit is gone.

I like russian army better...the russian navy? they got their arses handed to them during russo-japanese war by the japanese. That said, i will say that the only thing i respect about the russian navy is their supercavitation torpedo.
