Rate cut. Soft tone, not unanimous decision (mean Germany opposed) and uncertainty for tomorrow wide open. Drop is out of lack of buying interest to crack the top of the range. Stops were hanging on air (1.334x) after 4th attempts...stocks turned around first signaling uncertainty first, ride up the low interest rate later...NY has the last decision today.
