Anything is possible, we could have overshot as well. PA stand point, was expected. Of course I didn't take it because I was taking 20 pips out of this POS e/u. lol.

The bank says trade would benefit from a US slowdown induced by projected US fiscal tightening -- ironically, this could drive investors away from higher-yielding currencies to seek safety in the greenback. The dollar likely also to beat the euro next year as strategists at BofA argue that the ECB will catch up with other major peers to cut rates. "Given that the US has the least scope to ease monetary policy, the USD should do better next year on shrinking interest rate differentials."

I'm always watching 8:30, and out at 9. Then 10:30, 11:30, noon, 2:30...
