Possible scenerio. Break 4hr 200ema to the 61.8 retrace. Wait for the bullish retest of the 4hr 200ema then sell the break of the low below the 61.8 retrace.

anything could happen - euro should be 1.20 but the banks keep buying... went flat...i am going to bed... happy trading :-)

retracing from fib 61.8. at the moment fib 50 level. long term target could be 0.99

my opinion is that 0.9900 is short-term target my final target is 0.9655 ( but i would like to see 0.9410-30 ) where to go long.

More accurately is, they are converting their off-short assets and turning it into euro. ie, when the fire hits the fire station, all the on-the-field-firemen go back home to put out the fire.

This pair first broken last week's support around 1.3066 (test 3 times and it was last week's low as well as monday's low), then it found the support at 1.3028 (which was the low by 3 months ago) and cut rates caused AUD weaker to let EURAUD bounced up. It re-test 4H downward trendline now and had the potential to break it. A 4H chart close above 1.3144 could be an confirmation for the end of bearish, however, this pair still needs to break 1.3236 for long-term up move in my opinion.
Lets see if it will swing between 3080 and 3230 for a few days then hopefully, it will start to its long way to move up next week.
