DislikedAny given second, you can get mixed results on the spreads from that chart because they float. I think the better answer is to look at the 7 day average graph underneath it. It clearly shows that MB is just slightly lower overall, see attached.Ignored
DislikedI have an issue that customer service was not able to explain. I have a live MT4 account. In the MT4 terminal account history there are profit/loss, credit, deposit, and withdrawal columns. It shows a withdrawal of -47.46. I have never made a withdrawal from this account. Can anyone explain this?Ignored

DislikedJustin,
I am not using limit orders.
Can you please tell me if moving from ECN to ECN FREE will help me to save money? Or spread difference is identical to fees you charge now? Is there any way we can lower leverage in UK from 1:100?
Looking at our spreads comparison (vs. Oanda), Oanda wins 90% of the time (live quotes, not that graph). So I am not sure why would I choose ENC free over Oanda for example.

Can you add ECN spread for comparison? Cause now it's hard to tell.
Also, do you plan...Ignored

U.S. based retail forex dealers are prohibited from offering leveraged trading
trading in precious metals to retail clients after July 15, 2011.
Looks like MB offers XAU and XAG/USDs, so they are tradeable,
you just can't use leverage, it's 1:1 buying power.
You're a little late "to the party", the metals are very volatile and
people did actively trade them in the U.S. before the rule changes.Ignored
DislikedAnyone having issues logging in via MBT Desktop? I just restarted my PC and now I can't log back in.
EDIT: I am getting quotes but it is not able to connect to the order server. And no account info either so I can't see my positions or balances or orders. This is getting f**king ridiculous. Again and again and again, every f**king other day their servers just fall over. How hard is it to maintain even a semi-reliable service?Ignored
DislikedApproaching six months of trading with MBT, since June, I've had only one problem
(which was resolved in minutes) of an order not canceling immediately.
I actively traded 4 minutes after NFP release today with no problems.
Honestly, comparing MB to Oanda (another leader in technology and execution)
and the ONLY two retail brokers who have comparable costs (low spreads),
the small amount/time of problems/disconnects are comparable.
In my opinion, though both brokers have tried to accomodate the world forex community by building...Ignored

At this time, several of our primary banks have not put in place the pipelines to the FREE ECN data feed. We expect that to happen in the coming month. Once they are all in place, I think you will see that the spreads will be consistently narrower.Ignored
