DislikedPeter, when you write in the pdf file that for Long trade your PO is 4 pips above, and 3 pips below, does it include spread?
Every broker has different spread for different pairs and it my be very effective for the difference of the results if you need to add spread to this 4 (3) pips.
I would like to suggest that the PO will be calculated the same for Long and Short, while for Long the PO has to be + spread, e.g 4 pips + spread above for Long and 4 pips below for Short.Ignored
Dislikedthose 3 below, 4 above pips include spread...
on a 5 digit broker is usually enaugh ...
on a 4 digit broker with 3 pips spread on eu , that can come in as a problem ...
the way i trade it is put po 4 pips above, 3 pips bellow.. whatever spread is at that givven timeIgnored
DislikedBad answer.
Spread is not 1 pip.
If the difference is because of the spread, Short trades should be less than 3 pips below signal bar low.Ignored
Dislikedi have no idea what broker you use, but my spread is between 0.7 and 1.5 ..... on crazy times gets wider...but usually thats my spread....
and yes, that is the answer.. that is why buy is 4 and sell is 3Ignored
DislikedIf this the answer, then Peter has to change the rules.
Everyone gets different spread (much bigger than yours). This is why spread has to be calculated as added value to High/Low and not to be included in this 4/3 pips.
Imagine eur-jpy or aud-usd - I assure you that most traders here pay for spread to both pairs more than 2 pips.Ignored
