No idea about this,

mine is okay right now, but in the past i have the same issues like you about three times .

For a demo account, i think this issue is not a big deal,

but i hope this issue will never happen in live account.

I have had no issues with Live or Demo. I assume you are reporting this to their support and not relying on this thread to resolve your problem.

We reply to all emails within 24 hours and usually within 4 hours. What email address did you use?

Is the third party app trade sharing API with Currensee.com working properly as of late?

I just had it activated on my account (Navigator Pro - not MT4) 2 days ago.
Trades are showing up but information is missing in sections of my
profile (KRKZN.O).

I've inquired on their side (no response yet), but I thought to ask here as well.

And what are your backups for event like this?
Tech problems will ALWAYS be there, that's just how computers work. You can have backups and backups of backups, but something will happen that you didn't foresee and a bug will crawl out. We trade with all the big boys banks and they go down at times, exchanges have price feed issues, major newsfeed providers have latencies out of the blue, etc. If you want to make it in this business, you have to think how to minimize the impact on you and your style of trading.

LoL, I do have backup. It's called "MB Trading" on a favorite contacts speed dial in my cell phone. I understand technology/computers fail, but I have been getting disconnected from their servers a lot lately, granted for only seconds or minutes at a time here and there, but still.....I don't think that should be happening unless this is "the way it is" among all brokers. Am I wrong? I could be. I don't know. MB was my first and only broker so......

Can you please tell me if moving from ECN to ECN FREE will help me to save money? Or spread difference is identical to fees you charge now? Is there any way we can lower leverage in UK from 1:100?

Looking at our spreads comparison (vs. Oanda), Oanda wins 90% of the time (live quotes, not that graph). So I am not sure why would I choose ENC free over Oanda for example.

Also, do you plan ECN with lower fees but without pay for limits? This would be ideal solution for me.

Any given second, you can get mixed results on the spreads from that chart because they float. I think the better answer is to look at the 7 day average graph underneath it. It clearly shows that MB is just slightly lower overall, see attached.
