Daily and H4 in inside bar trading ...pure chop. Like always in chop zone nothing new tradable in the middle of the range if you are not already in...we need to test one of the extremes to have some fresh action....

Equities not a lot better than currencies too...so pretty much noise...

good morning fellow addicts,

just got the bear channel broken on the 1h to see the newly formed bull broken too. took them both so a loss and green a few now but not confident at all.

this night i got stopped out with zilch on the lowest short but managed to take aprox. 40 pips on the highest.

short again at the moment. 4h still down but barely and 1h also down. 5m too.

meeting in the morning and another on the afternoon. health exam on my smalllest daughter end of the afternoon... not much time to trade...

we could just be retesting the lower lip for further down to come. if we do close inside we should at least touch the mid with the lower lip corrected to the low (that would sit near term at 1.36 and below).

i did too. from 40... second today. gave up this nights green on those. getting a smoke to cool down.
