yeah I spoke with the costumer support service some mins ago and they said that there was some issues with the bridge to the LP's but now its fixed !

right now thinks are back to normal.. hopefully no more disconnections Ima be trading some later on!

I'd never experienced with this before, I normally deal at this time, and lost some money today, however, when i report this to the customer service, they replied to me quickly and i got my lost money back very soon. I am happy with that.

good to hear that. atleast you got back you money, I can't say anything bad about their support team, as long as its reasonable and your claim is spot on. you will get reimbursed.

yes, I am really satisfied with their feedback and the return of money. to be frank, at first I did not expect too much, however, they did it really fast. when i submit this issue, their customer service responded quickly and escalate it. It's the deeds of a reputable company.

Many people around this thread who are talking about Hotforex, I would like to ask one simple question why there are still maintenance problem going on ?

yeah I guess there is a maintenance today. there was an email, but there is no trading for me today.

jiggz, you did not care for it since you did not trade yesterday. GBP kept dropping and I should stay watching it everyday.
