DislikedI know Cowan makes you sign an agreement when you buy his books, so you don't have to comment . I have not read them but I imagine it is something like this:
360/5 = 72 degrees.
72 x 2 = 144.
144 = 12x12
All important numbers. Gann used a square of 144 for solar cycles.
Anyway. Take an important top or bottom and work out the next possible top/bottom.
For mercury it takes 88 days to orbit the sun. So every top/bottom add 88/5=17.6 days for the next high/low.
For venus it would be 224/5=44.8 days
For mars 686/5=137.2
etc etc.

DislikedI was drawing it out yesterday and price is now on the 1x2 line.
I did not expect it to fall this fast. I did expect to touch the 1x2 line just not where it is now.Ignored
DislikedDoes anyone know of any charting software that lets you draw elliptic shapes?
The elliptic shapes must keep their proportions when you move them.
I need it to do vector research.
Thanks!Ignored
DislikedA question for you, lets say that you found a top on a daily chart and that you looked at your data, and found that on this date you had an exact full moon.
So then you would go forward from that point adding say angular seperation to the moons position, say 45,90,180 degrees to look for the next possible cycle top.
Would that be the sort of thing to do?
Much appreciated an answer, btw I certainly never did that to get my turns. But I am wondering.
I am just using the moon as an example I realise that bigger cycles are bigger planets,etc...Ignored

DislikedYessss! From highs and lows!
And moon orbits in 29.5 days, so 180 degrees is approx 14 days.
Since mercury 72 degrees is about 18 days, look for highs/lows after 14-18 days....Ignored
Disliked3860 is the price not to be crossed for the short and 3620/10 the main support area....
