im getting 4-5 pips spread rate for GBPUSD

bcuz of DST turned off or Euro issues?

All day GoM has had higher spreads than other stp brokers. Nothing to do with dst.
Chris, what's the problem?

The spreads did not start out competitive to other stp brokers and even worsened during the European and especially the NY session. As you know 4p spread across the majors is a huge deal when others got 1.3-1.9, this is a pretty big 'teething' issue.

Yep very ordinary so far. My execution speeds have worsened, spread is far worse than what it used to be and now we get slippage thrown in too. Was having good success with GO and a particular EA, but I think we can safely say that is dead now. Already have accounts with other aussie brokers and now I will probably be moving funds out of GO unless they improve quickly. Not really good enough.

Seriously we need an explanation here. The lack of communication here is deafening. I would have thought that on the first night of the new LP go markets would have had a representative available during Europe/US session to help clarify any issues.

The only response I got from GoM was from the support chat channel in which they responded with 'same with me' when i indicated to them that i thought the current spreads levels were scary.

Not good enough guys.

May I ask you guys which Aussie broker you would recommend for 1 pips on eur/usd and under 400ms execution? I'm thinking either LMAX or FXPIG they seem to have great spread on the GBP/USD aswell so I can start trading that again.
Another broker well worth a look is Think Forex. They aren't an Aussie broker, but are based in NZ and offer AUD as a base currency (along with the other usuals). During London and NY they have spreads of 1.0 - 1.5 for EUR/USD, and most of the rest of the day are pretty good. They also offer a free VPS.

I have been using them for a couple of months or so and have found them to be very good. I kept my Go account, but moved the majority of my funds to Think. I can't see that changing, with all these issues!! Worth a look if you are thinking of changing.
Very good! 22.5 pips of spread on EURUSD and GBPUSD just now.

Amazing, the spread is widened in the middle of real price, so also Bid is different.

You can try the new CMC tracker plataform. EUR/USD spread is around 0.7 Pips during Euro and US trading sesions.

Come on... my trade is 10 pips positive on the graph, but negative pips because of the massive spread. This needs resolution.

I see 11.7 now on Go EURUSD,
but 1.4 on OANDA
and 1.4 on Vantage

As I type it went back to 2.5 on Go...
