The short answer is no.

WRB Hidden Gaps represent key changes in the Supply/Demand Dynamic in the market. Said changes are caused by the Big Boys (Smart Money). These areas tend to be important and not easily forgotten by the BBs. Thus, WRB Hidden Gaps show price areas that are key changes in Supply and Demand to those that move the market- the Smart Money. And therefore are the ideal place for the retail trader to look for entries and exits.

With that said, "Hidden Gaps" do act like actual gaps and thus you would expect that they are filled.
