damn... the market is really super wonky....

anyways, going to wait patiently this time until market decides to go back to proper fundamentals...

I would probably go in to sell again if we reach 1.1.
Buy! Buy! Sell! Sell! Just make sure you have proper MM!

I moved my stop to 1.0679 as it was starting to look heavy and got stopped out there... What a ride though... 270 pips, gotta be happy with that.. Good night all and take care out there!

for anyone interested...us new home sales month on month figure was forecast to be 0.2% and it amazingly came out at -4.6%! not saying thats going to take much bite out of todays rally but wow..

still cant figure out how they manage to forecast that so inaccurately

THing is...when you get this type of euphoric rally, dips are considered buying ops. I dont think anyone cares about that number right now.....everyone is still high as a kite.

i shorted this dip

edit: bloody hell just got stopped out for +2.. should learn to keep my mouth shut

will look for another short if we still cant breach 1.07

edit2: another rejection of 1.07 fellas. im going in.. wish me luck SL at 1.071 so if we manage to get past that resistance im safe

Wow I'm eating my words about 1.07 now

Very good capture, that's like 2/3 of my pips this week already

Watching from the sidelines and enjoying an early weekend, while fighting very hard to jump in and buy/sell something

Can't believe this, might even breach 1.08, luckily i didn't put any open buys. Trend still going up strongly after the euro announcement. But I think i'm gonna place a sell soon, correction seems to be in sight as the rise was too fast.

1.07 is looking top heavy here. However, I'm expecting a 1000 point rally in the dow this afternoon after a European plan that clearly falls short and just kicks the can down the street another year or so, so who knows what will happen. lol

Most of the happenings here determined by euro news, don't really understand why the market feels euro have to strengthen, after all wont ecb be printing more euros to rescue its debt stricken nations ? Cant understand how the piigs can get out of debt even with the cut, seriously, what about the cuts for the other PIgss.... ? Seems to me this bull run for the euro might be short lived.

Just looked at computer again.... Target of 0750 hit and the postion was closed. Days like this are few and far between--- I made great pips and was not even paying attention! Still holding 0130. Looking for a dip to reload... might not be until next week.

I had been long from 1.0380. My stop was set at the next area of R (1.0630) and was hit before I woke up. If only I was trading live.

Think there's still some mementum here IF we can overcome the next level of resistance over the next few hours.I have my doubts and I expect there'll be scope here for shorts tomorrow.

Those who are long on this pair must be remembering the highs of several months ago.When the longs do start to close we should see a signifigant reversal.It's really just a question of time.

AUD/USD @1.0710

The rules have change somewhat.. Buy the rumour and buy the fact.

The writing was on the wall yesterday after the european news.
Massive shorts across the board in equities and currencies.

The market was in a feeding frenzy and panic..When that happens common sense is thrown aside and P/L takes over.
It was time to get out.

So now we are at a stage whereby the shorts are out and the call is for higher..


Fundamentally I think the market had it right the first time unfortunately when everyone was the same way it has to go only one way...

Time to sell? Im looking to re-establish (Drip feed) shorts again..
