I agree... And this backdoor QE the fed has opened to eurobanks is absolutely abhorred... No wonder the commod markets are going apeshit.. I can't wait to see the PA on the bond markets over the next few sessions... What a disaster


Anyhow my attention is on non dollar denominated pairs for the time being..

Morning all.

Superb morning here. Bizarrely taking profits across the board instead of opening new ones with London thanks to the overnight moves....

In any case, EZ problems all "solved", markets got what they wanted even the overshoot on the EFSF size. However, debt holders wont be that happen after 50% haircuts so watch out for reaction of debt holders/vigilant and rating agencies to start cutting Greece rating to default (which is technically true after that) and therefore downgrading everything related.... from banks to France....

Meanwhile, having cleared this and after the knee jerk reaction/manic move there are quite a few potential bull / bear traps for the profit taking (euro 1.407x / cable 1.601x, ES 1258, Oil 92,0x among many.....) plenty of time for that so GL to all today
