Good Morning Pippo,
Aussie consolidation looks to be on going as the pairs are still dancing in place...My EA trade is still going side-ways.......36 F here this AM....With a nice light breeze.....And this is the South?

Good Morning whip...Chop Suey for breakfast today...Stopped out of E/A trade...Unlike the last time period of consolidation produced losing trades(frustration), and I consequently left off trading B&R, missing the beautiful trends seen on the charts(many +pips), I will carry on. Will give tally later ....

Friend, I will be joining you very soon with B&R on D1 TF...Fewer trades=Fewer potential frustrations....Monday, in fact....No matter the promise, I no longer have the temperment to trade H4...

I can sure understand this decision.....I've pretty much done the same thing....And that means more time for coffee, which is a good thing....
My trade showed a little movement right at market close so hopefully things will break loose

EA trade finally moving......GA pending back in place.....Nice AM, first load of baby chicks due in about an hour and the second around mid-day.....I'll be gone most of the day.....Will check back in from time to time from the truck.

Something I have been thinking about for a while...Not in any way a change of method...Rather, a way to manage position size...I have overlaid B&R with the MML indicator found in dietcoke's, "Pippo," thread. The indy produces a grid, 12 bands...Suppose 2 scales are created...A Buying scale, and a Selling scale...The scales are used to,"scale," our position size...Can B, or S between bands 2, and 11. However, in band 1 only B, and in band 12 only S. Trading from bands 1 and 12, position size is the maximum, 11 units. When Buying, position size decreases by 1 unit as we go up the bands. When Selling, position size decreases by 1 unit as we go down...I expect this will greatly reduce the sickening feeling I get in my gut whenever a B is signaled at bi-monthly Highs, or a Sell at bi-monthly Lows...Whip, if you want to scale position size this way, I have attached indy...I am looking back 2 months to calc grid...

BTW, E/A also entered on H4...So A/U, and E/A open...Doing well...Ya' never know...

Hi Pippo,
Had 2 pendings hit somewhere along the line today, so the action is starting...EA trade doing well.....I see a new toy posted....It will have to wait until tomorrow....Looks interesting and great theory
My pair #4 is heading in the correct direction and should hit the pending overnight

Hi whip, P is the number of bars in Look-Back...Calc is based on Look-Back period...250 bars on H4 chart is about 2 months...Murrey developed the indy/system, as far as I know, for D1 trading...Quite sure 64 was his setting for P, 64 day Look-back......

I thought that default "P" value sounded really high....was trying to remember what we used on Pippo EA....Will set up a template this evening with 64,64

NumBars probably should exceed value of P by a bit....On H4 I am using P=250, NumBars=300...How do the chicks look this time around??

Chicks look good.....I'm running up feed as I type.....Will make that "P" and NumBars adjustment tonight since I'm still to far away from my network

Trades, A/U B, and E/A S are wilting...No adjustments to SLs necessary...I am tranquill...I think that for the sake of Science, someone must endure the travail of H4 trading...Me!! So, we are watching both D1, and H4 TFs...With B&R, with MML position sizing...

Hi Pippo,
Managed to get back in the house and get an MM chart setup.....I'll use this chart for MM and my other for trading since putting all of the indi's on one chart was a little to much color

Hi whip, 1)If you go to colors in MML indy, the white banshees can be eliminated. Just change color to none. 2)If you go to input section, you can reduce grid line thickness and change color to something easier on the eyes...I use LightSlateGray...When reduced, the default line style is dots....
