imho regarding gatos daily usdx chart, eurusd daily chart and bailout announcements from this morning technicals should fit fundamentals direction.... for me 1.3935 and 1.4000 area will be my short levels...

Confusing... why would you like to short something against one of your bullish indicators?

or why bother having that indicator there in the first place?

4010 is one i would not trust either. the usdx completed the 1.618 extension.. that plus a mimic tl at 3999.. says we should bounce lower some. that db on your chart said 3977.. the next mimic tl is at atm 3981.. descending. i still have 3807 on the st.. and doing that invites 3743.. and a possible run at your db.. conflicting information. but both can be true if we drop first. if we break your db and the low from a week (3651 LL and LH) back, 3977 should be a void. .who knows.. its ez news driven.. so all can change.

bulls still got little bit of juice left since friday. daily is forming something very interesting, so i would expect it will reject at some point next week. bigger cycle indicates more to the upside. depending how hard we get rejected (if rejects) and the speed to the downside, can change the larger cycle that is still pointing upside. 3800 is an excellent area to watch if the down move doesn't affect the larger cycle.

the most successful traders trade r/r. an indi is a aid. many indicators are bullish at a top and bearish at a bottom. indicators alone is a sure way to fail..
