I think it will give us nice place to enter around 1.43xx for a long term
atm just taking it day by day but if and when i get the oppertunity i will hop on the train with ya bro

to catch the train going south or when it goes back up north?

Yes I do. But I usually don't trade it intraday like the euro so only aim at larger swings to position trades. I am fixated since August with a position trade that I am still waiting for a trigger.... In any case, I do track it closely.

It was on a site like that where I was reading that some people like to use the close of the of bar that breaks the run higher/lower as their swing point. Ever heard of that method? I can kind of see the logic in it, but not if its a big dirty engulfing candle. Just looks strange then.

Really nice...just trying to train my brain to focus on them. I always seem to be in the region just by looking at supply/demand ZONES...but I definitely see potential to have tighter entries...and solid exits...without waiting to hit the top of a wick.

The position trade I am looking is based on the quarterly (1.597x to 1.2xxx) and EZ crap should be cleaned first and QE from BOE should be cleared too (WE are almost there in the BOE because of inflation so probably till December with hikes after 1st quarter 2012). Is based on the UK being the only big country who is already made structural reforms so the bounce will be faster than all majors.

On the swing options. 1.43xx sound fantastic but not realistic without a major collapse in the EZ/world economy. 1.530x IS A HUGE FA support that even QE2 couldn't crack it.

I see 2 potential swings, a long on stocks rallying after EZ short term is cleared to be confirmed this or next week max from 1.580x to 1.613x and the second (a lot better) is a fade on daily rejection of swing highs (also for this week or next one) of 1.580x aiming to that key 1.53xx

Going to be watching for a retest. Will start adding again around 2260...maybe even a bit above, depending on what I see.

I have a LOT of orders placed now, down as far as 2155. Really doubt they'll all get filled, but if they do...stops on 1975...and I'll lose about 20% of my account. If they all fill and we hit 2475 again? Well...drinks will be on me.
