Definitively 1.368x is the final formality for momentum (maybe not today because the daily range has been raped up and down) but yeap below will enter in chop zone in weekly and as you said thats most of time is a bastard.

100% Agree. You can clearly see that in the more "efficient" instruments, volume evaporating and tight liquidity. Serious money staying on the sidelines until the circus is over.
