Looks like a serious rumor mill fail here. I would have expected something to come out to counter that nasty end-of-US-day statement by FT that there isn't enough capital to save both banks and sovereigns, since the banks will get allocated according to stress test results.

Well, the sun is barely up in Euroland; plenty of time to dream up something. I've had my oatmeal cookies, and now back to bed.

noting 3732 above, the close of the bar that took out NY's low...above there 3760/65 is big and should cap any bounce I suspect..sidelines still
