Hi all

I've been following for a little while. I am aware of the striking, mild striking and neutral band signals, however I am not sure what these mean.

If anyone can help me with the meaning of these, it would be greatly appreciated.

Post 126 has a summary of all the terms and names of trades, basically Striking = the bands are trending strongly, Mildly = bands are trending mildy, and Neutral = bands are flat.

All the rest is summarisd very nicely in that post except for 3RFTC which came later (I will find the post for that shortly)

about your not being sure of the striking band..
this where PA reading will help you.. a striking PA brakout of the band is a hint for a striking band at its early stages... so you use the PA reading swing out along with the early look of the tools (band) as combo tage team to not miss a solid opportunity.

Yeah that s right Daytrade, and i choose to pull the trigger on AUDUSD smbt even if it the pa has not exactly touch the mid but came around 2 pips near to touch it, and after going +8 and about near of 3 pips of my target who was the last high, the PA retrace fast to the BE so i get out with -0.2

Nice control....still watching aud, cad, and ey....pending buy stop in the eu

cancelled pending but stop in eurusd and eurjpy

From day one I wasn't a big fan of the "buffer". I felt like I was giving away 3pips. Once again it saved from from what would have been 2 losses had I simply bought the eurusd and eurjpy on the close. Thanks P.Dean.....I believe!!

Can't post winners without posting losers....Got triggered on this SMBT long on the EJ. Was using a 2 pip buffer (I did allow for spread as well before anyone asks!)and I'm sure PD will say there's my problem, should be a little more. Literally got entered at the very top of the next candle and it went straight to my stop loss from there..-16 pips

On to the next one...

I am curious Daytrade, what brought you back to his method?

I also noticed that TokyoDrifter was lurking on the Niceguy thread looking at Murray Lines. He seemed to be doing really well with this method, wonder if he is still using it or if he jumped ship?

I live on the east coast in Charlote NC. Without a change in work schedule, it was too difficult to be up trying to watch the market at 3am. Still, I continued to follow the thread reading and analyzing every post/chart.

I just learnt that lesson lol....nice 3RFTC on the AU a little earlier as well....

I understand. I am in Indy. I did London this morning and am getting sleepy now. So do you do this full time?

i have 2 pips spread on e/u and 3 pips spread on a/u, my buffer should be of 4 or 5 pips right?

Not yet......but close.....I need to train my body to be up from 3am on and sleep during the day. That has been my single biggest struggle.
