Hi,

I am a beginner and a little bit confused. Looking at the candlebar or any other chart type, be it 1 minute or 1 hour, why is the opening price of a candle bar not the same with the closing price of the previous candle bar?

Please help.

because MT4 does not resfresh until a new tick appears so you will allway have at least 1pip difference.
