3726 should bring 3711.x......... this may validate the hs on the 5m to 3645

3747.9 was a st target. the following one using pa is 3695.. a bounce to 3759. could happen.. but 3726 says 3711.. i don't play hs but its there. below 3695 is 3655.. just keep subtracting 40 for this one.. we got closes at 3742 and 44.. that help with r atm..

i hate to buy here w/o more of a pullback. but we have a hh and a hl.. and the hl is acting as strong support so far. its bullish till its not.

We are stuck between M5 support and M5 trigger longs.

Chino on deck and they sold out last night. USD pairs need some correction, but EU has already done this, so, until something happens, nothing is happening.

I personally am having a hard time trying to shake a bear bias here.


To make things worse, H4 shows a new HH and a previous LL.

Making the presumption that 3816 is the new high, and will need to see a break of 3652.

Just following the momentum. Yesterday's candle did produce an Bearish Engulfer, and today we created a new low with a retest of 50% of bear candle body.

It's all I got... probably going to start selling on the next convincing rally; that is, as long as 3816 isn't broken.

Been busy with a lot of ag-related stuff, and ignoring what has been going on in Euro-land. Catching up, I saw this, regarding BAC:

"In other words, as Bloomberg first reported when it broke this story, anywhere up to the full $53 trillion (we don't know for sure how much so we assume the worst case) is now fully and effectively backstopped explicitly by the bank's $1,041 trillion (as of September 30) deposits."

So they had to move the derivatives book out of the downgraded entity back to the commercial bank in order to get counterparties. Totally reprehensible.

If I were a congressman looking to make a little political hay, I'd advance a bill prohibiting derivatives exposure in any entity carrying a national or N.A. commercial bank charter, beyond those contracts with direct bank customers as counterparties.

If BAC or any other zombie has trouble putting CSA's in place, then I have one word for them: novate. And then get out of the business.

And speaking of reprehensible, that rumor spike today should be grounds for some peoples' jobs. Flipper made some good money on it, so I'm not grumping for personal reasons. It's not healthy, and it's not right.

It's one thing when a CB does something like that for their policy reasons. It's another when it is the "mainstream media." That's an invitation for front running and other things that should be, or, in some jurisdictions and markets, are, illegal.
