Not very clear in stocks. Back to square one in the ES and 3rd daily swing test of the key weekly/daily R 1211.xx in the last 3 months. Macro numbers are slightly better than last month and a lot better (still bad btw) than in August.

Economic "Forecast" from experts and institutions haven't changed much and is a mixed negative bag from bad/sluggish to double dip since July. EZ Panic factor has dissipated a lot but fear mode is not clear until the EZ announcement/Greek default and every Merkel or Politician sneeze (and they sneeze a lot and in contradictory ways) make markets sharp turns intraday.

Finally earning season has started slightly positive but with Alcoa and GS putting the breaks so far.

This mess is obviously translated TA in a weekly/daily charts (ES and friends) with fresh breach to HH but still clear LL leaving the map in indecision/range mode until a clean break of S or R.

9730 => EU 1.3781

possible short around 1.3781 if it resists there (DPP @ 1.3792)
