Nice, KK007! I got +20 on EJ, then stopped out for +3 on EU.

Should have taken it when it was +17! It hesitated there but it was close to my +20 target. I broke the rule "DON'T BE AFRAID TO TAKE YOUR PIPS!"

Great!

My view is you never know where is the best level to TP. You know at hindsight it was +17 was maximum, but not beforehand.

Now check out these three pairs. If they hug the M15 10 with small candles for a half hour or so, and the MAs keep pointing down, this could be a patented Survivor Constrainment setup! Especially EU and EJ being right at RNs. GU may just follow along with the other two.

I won't be able to trade it, have to go to work. But I'll check it later today.

EURUSD area of interest to SHORT.

If price retraces to M15 35/50 in confluence with H1 10, WP and MP, we may have a good place to SHORT.

Dangerous - that looks like a double bottom below @ S1/D1-10...

great haydels, congratulations for this short ;

I love the level, for me it's a great place.

but the green momentum is too big for me so i avoided this trade.

I hate fight against the momentum (i'm conservative)

But it's a winner so you are right and i am wrong, very good play

After the fatcs:

I went SHORT two times on this one. The first one reacted well to the level and at the beginning moved down more than 10 pips where I moved my SL to BE, but as boubafx highlights momentum was big so I was stopped out at BE. I was convinced that the confluence of MP, WP and H1 10 was strong and M15 35/50 is in a reasonable steep angle so I made a re-entry that gave me +40p.

Where did you go short the second time. I had a real hard time with this one because I thought it might continue up. In retrospect the big wick on the M 15 62 should have been a sign to go short.

My second short was at 1.37133 when I saw the price struggling with WP. It was not a very clean entry, price went against me -13 pips before going down, SL was -20 pips just above the previous M15 swing high. At the end I got +40p, that means 2:1 Risk/Reward ratio. I’m risking 2% on every trade so I made 4% on that trade and I´m done for the day.

Right if you were down 13 pips, you got in on the M 15 bar that hit the 62. I was highly indecisive at that time. On the one hand Choros said go short, on the other it looked like it could go higher. About 15 minutes later there was another good entry possibility near the RN of 1.3700, which have given about 40 pips.

Hi Haydel thanks for sharing, I have learn something new today. However I am curious, how did you calculate your weekly and monthly pivot? Mine is like this. I even manually calculate it to confirm.

The truth is that I do not calculate my pivots; I use AutoPivotIndicator_ver5 with default settings which have proven to be very reliable. My Broker Time Zone is GMT+3.

Funny you say that because that is exactly the same pivot indicator I am using..... I don't see why different GMT offset will affect the value either if it is not daily pivot...... Will figure this out. Maybe as kk007 says different broker different price......

It is from your post and Kostas's earlier today that I started using the weekly and monthly pivots. So I am not effective at all.

This is a beautiful example of believing in a trade enough to re-enter if it stops you out. I finished early in the morning today and I was not in front of the computer, otherwise I would have entered this trade for sure....

nice trend atm for EU, looks like its going to the 1.3890 (around the DR2) at least. not much to stand in the way.
although in H4 (as a counter) a possible RS is forming after the reaction at DR1.

the last 2 days were perfect for dancing, too bad i have missed the previous and the whole of this week too with some off-computer work i have.
but i do return late and read all the action of the day from you guys, keep it up

This is my first post, hi guys!

I was spoting this as well, seemed like the 12 EMA on 5M as taught by Kostas1 worked really well, made 10 pips from a touch of the projected ema 10 with a pin bar followed by a doji right on EMA 12 line on 5M as confirmation.

This trend looks a little funny to me, but the H1 10 and the M15 35/50 should provide a good 15-20p bounce.

Kostas1, can I ask a question?

There seemed to be a possible 2 bar first touch on 15M 10 coming soon, should we wait till price breaks the Daily R1? or would the Daily R1 be considered weak as the spike was based on news (yesterday's speach at boston)?
