Out of interest, what would you suggest the BOE do, Sisse?

The current monetary policy is clear for all to see: have an unspoken target for nominal GDP growth (this GDP growth is mostly is achieved through an elevated rate of inflation, with hardly any real growth), which leads to an easing of the debt burden in real terms for the public and private sector.

The welcome side effects of this policy is hoped to be a steadily weaker currency and; low market interest rates, due to BOE being the eventual buyer of £275bn of gilts, making it easier for the heavily indebted government and consumer to service their huge debts.

It's a messy policy, one that taxes savers heavily - and could have many unintended consequences - but I reluctantly support it, purely on a pragmatic macro-economic level, despite myself being a net saver.

not to bad made a nice W on the five was just to much of a puss to take it....

usdbear pointed out the dollar hit resistance so that was the cause of the AU bounce... nice... it will come back

now im lost though.... will we carry lower? lol ahhh

yes it is often more predictive than EU PA itself on which pattern I certainly wouldn't close my short @ 1.3658

lol, good question...I'd have to think that the support in the eurotrash has been taken out, shorted this bounce here, looking for lower..so I wouldn't mind that AUD givin that level up on the hour...
