Agree, I was looking a little higher at the confluence of Daily EMA10, Daily S1 Pivot and H4 50 (around 1.3670 area).

as Kostas said, some key pivots just a bit lower from here, and that area was tested/held last week...it should give us a decent move either way..ZEW in two hours also...

I am also making a note of 3688 down that way, which was the open of this large bull bar, got some respect last week on that break also...

PS, 3704 is the swing low close of that pullback...

well my Tp just got hit so get ready for a blast lower i got taken out at 1.0150... +64 pips for my first trade not bad

Important numbers in Germany today and Friday (Business Climate) that can open the rate cut in the ECB. Trichet not there anymore so perfect timing for a shift in expectations at the ECB level.

Inflation in the UK very key today too and can put UK QE2 upside down (is already failing misserably to have any effect). A tick above 5% will trigger a lot alarms in the UK.

Dax et al. opened with a gap down and stocks look in a hurry. Opening range to be completed soon and a bear trap in euro and cable is fading by the minute. Waiting for opening range and expecting a bear trap in currencies &/or a gap fill in indexes before making a move....

Grabbed my daily quota (+33p) from the H1 bounce from EMA5 and RN(1.3750) using M5 for entry and the MP for target. Will relax the rest of the morning as the picture shows......

this 3680/3700 is key for the bulls, if they cant hold it, the bears should starting coming out of their caves...good luck today...talk later...
