Yeap is the same in the FED and earlier today from China too (obviously in Chinese terms growth 9.2% is slowing down).

That's why BOE, FED and ECB announced the new round of free money earlier than the numbers were made public. "Buy the rumor, sell the news"? ...we'll see in the next few days...
