These bulls have been very persistent on this move. 23.6% retrace is about it from that recent move. They aren't being overly aggressive in pushing it up...but seem quite adamant that they want to remain in striking distance...presumably for if everything goes rosy today, and no re-vote is required.
Don't forget that is the last country to approve so buy the rumor sell the news is about to be completed and around the corner after the headlines move...after that will need to wait till November for the EZ (france & germany) to unveil the "new deal"....but thats for a different move later...

Yeah...3610 is a bit of a bastard, too. DTEMA at 3609 as well. Then 3600, of course.
