Land is one thing. Right of capture of the water under it is another.

That's one big reason I bought land in TX rather than AZ or CO. In TX, you own the water that comes out of the wells. They might meter you, but with ag on the surface, it's measured in acre feet rather than gallons.

In the other states, someone else owns the water under you, most likely. Water farming is going to be an increasingly valuable commodity business.

Sure is a bitch when the hopium wears off.

And what was that about anyway? A rumor of a discussion to get a plan to bail out a back water bank with assets of 170% of GDP of its home country that passed its stress test? That's good for 400 points on the Dow? And 100+ pips in the EUR?

Specs were probably way too short anyway. As good a match for the powder keg as any, I suppose.

bounce at 3267 usually of the 40 pip type. if this happens 3307 may be a dt area. if this happens the the bears want 3229... the reference to this is a posted chart. .. 3229 is below 3230.. so this bounce puts a domino in place for 2903.. if it happens in this way. speculation..
