also Im really watching the UCAD right now.. this 1.0650 area is a monster pivotal area... we ranged between the 1.0650 and the 1.0200 areas for about a year before the Cad made a run at the all time lows

I cant help but think that its gonna be a major tug of war at the 1.0650 for awhile... gonna play the bounces for shekles( few hundo pips) till we get a breakout over 1.0750

currently short @ 1.0642 btw

Read Bens speech and trichets stuff plus the SNB statement... very short term bullish for the EU... plus PA on the 4HR gives us a big fat Engulfing bar so Ill play off the 50% retrace on the swing high to take a punch at goin long...
I would expect a bounce, but remain bearish...dont have a number in my head where I turn bullish again, looking for 2750 near term...

in a normal trend we have 2-3% favoring one side... the moves we have seen lately is def. more than 10% favoring one site, that for me is a concern... fear & greed out of control....
Agree on that one mate. Pure panic the last break out on Friday and nothing better than BB and Trichet for profit taking.

I have the theory that a knee jerk reaction will always get 100% cleared before the sustainable move and we have explosive combo week FA (the real FA that make or break a sustainable trend) with ECB conference and NFP so the week is still virgin...we'll see

lol, actually the midpoint of last years range is right here...3227..the 2750 is a target based on a variety of levels, including a host of swing closes and a mofu lip of the 2000-2008 bull run, will try and find that chart...

although from a broader view i see this thing much much lower...

I just really think the market is more focused on the USD till the ECB announcement on this pair... and Im not drinkin the kool-aid that trichet is gonna do draghi any parting favors like cut intrest rates...

so till then a lil USD weakness and retrace on this pair is def due...

all just my opinion ... which means absolutely jack, with a large side of shit

in 2008 nfp was sinking.. and each time the usd rose. bad u.s. news will be worse for those who sell to the u.s. it didn't matter the news.. the usd rose.
